Seasonal Mowing Package
The Wellington Mowing Seasonal Package is designed to take the worry out of lawn mowing. Its a complete hands off solution for the customer. All you have left to do is enjoy your own back yard.

If you want to have you lawns presentable all year round for a barbeque, flat inspection or just for a game of football, our Seasonal Mowing Package will see you through all of the seasons.
How does is work?
We mow based on the Season – more frequently in Spring ( particularly in November when lawns grow very quickly ) and less frequently in Winter.

Why did we create the Seasonal Mowing Package?
People often request particular mowing frequencies, 1 week through to 6 weeks. But Mother Nature doesn’t work to such time frames. For example 3 weeks of grass growth in November is considerably different to 3 weeks of grass growth in August. We always get a call from our customers on a set frequency asking us to come early in Spring as they have family arriving or an inspection. But all of our customers on Seasonal Mowing are always ready for that last minute BBQ 😉

Most of our set frequency customers end up asking to be on the Seasonal roster, so we decided to get it right from everyone from the start.

What if we get prolonged rainfall and we get behind in the schedule –
As we avoid working in the rain ( not because we dont like getting wet, rather the quality of work is always worse if carried out in wet conditions ) we can get behind in the schedule. When this happens the workload increases with every day we are late. With a flat rate system we ended up with an increased work load for the same price which has turned out to be an unsustainable business model. The new system better reflects the work load that is required.
Seasonal Mowing Package Terms and Conditions:
Tier One:

The service is based on paying in advance, so unless otherwise arranged, the service will start 2 weeks after your fist payment.
The frequency for mowing is based around fortnightly through Spring / Summer and monthly through Winter and Spring. The actual frequency of mowing will be determined but seasonal variation and weather conditions.
A minimum of two weeks notice is required for cancellations.
There may be an additional charge / credit which will be sent out as a separate invoice / credit depending on which point in the yearly mowing cycle you cancel. If its an invoice it will be issued as per out main terms and conditions.
This service is carried out as per our main term and conditions.
Tier Two:
As per Tier one, but with a reduced frequency through non growth seasons.
Suitable for lawns that are not North facing / shaded by trees, structures or banks / or lawns that are not used often i.e. banks at the back of a property.
Considered more as a maintenance service.
